We want you to be 100% delighted with every piece in your home sanctuary. If you need to return or exchange an item, please ensure your returned goods meet the following standards:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, free of stains or scents, and in their original factory condition.
• All original product tags, care labels, and packaging must be complete and attached.
• Please include a quick note inside your return parcel with your Order Number and whether you prefer a Refund or Replacement.

📦 Return Postage & Shipping Costs

• Standard Exchanges & Personal Preference: If you are returning items due to personal preference, space sizing, or color swaps, you will be responsible for the return postage costs.
• Our Mistake or Defective Goods: If we accidentally ship the wrong item, or if your package arrives damaged or defective, we will cover 100% of all return and re-delivery shipping fees!
